Kayla Baranowski
Groomer
With over a decade of animal experience it's easy to say animals are Kayla's passion. She has had a fun array of jobs including animal care technician, veterinary technician, dog training facility manager, and now pet groomer! With all of her knowledge learned over the years, she loves to help educate others on pet care, ownership, and grooming. In her down time Kayla trains with her personal pup, a Bichon Frise, named Stanley. The duo are involved in the dog sporting world, with a focus on agility and flyball.
Leah Sabruno

Leah is strong, confident, caring, and supportive of all of our "Fur-ends" here at Bailey's Bark. Starting her first job at the age of 17. She has done it all to include doggie day care, grooming, bathing/drying, and assisting in many animal care positions. We are delighted to have her on our team! Leah is also a wife, a mom to Weston & Jaxton and her fur babies Dobby, Shotzi, and Peekaboo.
Kate Hilliard

Kate started her career while in college at OSU as an AALAS certified Laboratory Animal Technician. She assisted the veterinarians with large animal surgeries and post operative care. She grew up raising, breeding, and showing Dalmatians in confirmation, obedience, and junior handling. She trained her first Labrador, Fergus, and Irish Setter, Duncan, receiving their CGC/TDI certifications and serviced at hospice house. She and her husband own Rutland, a Labrador that brings joy to everyone he meets. After retirement she came to work at Bailey's Bark assisting in the grooming shop & prepping dogs for the groomers.
Jessica Aheimer

Jessie is fun, loving, and caring in all that she does especially scrubbing your fur babies clean as our groomer assistant. She also does puppy grooms, nail clips, brush outs, and is a champion at anything we need to keep things running smooth behind the scenes at the grooming shop! In her spare time she is a devoted wife, mom of 2 boys, and cares for her 2 dogs and a chinchilla.
Mary Kalan
walker/sitter
Mary has many years of pet service experience.
She has volunteered with her therapy dog and is also active in several rescue organizations. She also enjoys going to local dog shows to watch competitions. Mary enjoys being out in the fresh air to walk and looks forward to meeting your pup.
Jennifer Jalsevac

Jennifer joined the dog walking team Summer 2023! After loosing her job through the pandemic, Jenn decided to try her hand working with pets. She has a history of caring for pets of all kinds to include equestrian care. Jenn is happy go lucky, swift, punctual, and pays attention to detail when caring for your pets. In her spare time she is a busy wife, mom to her daughter, her pup Penny, and a cat.
Mike Maire

Mike is quick witted and fun to be with! All of our pet clients look forward to his visits. He keeps them active while you are away and is a great choice for high energy and active pets. He has a keen eye for detail following directions in exact detail. He loves his job and looks forward to every visit.
